14-Day Returns & Easy Exchanges

You can return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With tags and original packaging

You may inspect and try on items as you would in a retail store. Items returned with signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a full refund.

Please contact us before returning your item so we can provide the correct return instructions and ensure your return is processed efficiently.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or would like a different variant, we’re happy to assist with an exchange to help you get the right fit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will:

  • Provide a free replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund

No return is required in many cases.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law (such as EU withdrawal rights).

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, for any reason.

If you exercise this right:

  • You will receive a full refund of the order value

  • This includes the original standard shipping cost (as required by EU law)

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
