At Twistbug, every item is made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer's remorse, change of mind, or preference for a different fit, color, or design.

If something isn't right with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Your item arrived damaged

  • Your item arrived defective

  • The print quality is faulty

  • You received the wrong item

To request assistance, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Size Selection

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

As all products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for incorrect size selection.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may have entered production and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account after processing.
