• Chest Width: lay shirt flat, measure 1" below armpit from seam to seam, then double for full chest.
• Length: shoulder seam at collar to bottom hem.

Fabric may vary by color. Allow ±1" (±2.5 cm) tolerance.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we can only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted.

If something isn’t right, contact us within 30 days of delivery at studio@twistbug.com with your:

• Order number

• Short description of the issue

• Photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
If a replacement isn’t possible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Returns for change of mind, size, or color preference cannot be accepted under our made-to-order model.

If a return is authorized, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused

• In their original packaging

• Returned with your order number

Please do not send items back before contacting us; return addresses may vary by printing facility.

🇪🇺 EU Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, customers usually have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
This right does not apply to made-to-order or personalized products.
Since all Twistbug items are printed on demand, we can only accept returns for verified defects or shipping damage.
If you receive a faulty item, contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund in accordance with EU consumer rights.
