At Twistbug, every product is made to order — printed individually once your purchase is confirmed.
Because of this custom process, returns and refunds are limited to specific cases.


Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery at studio@twistbug.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost.
If a replacement can’t be provided, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.


🚫 Non-Returnable Situations

Because all Twistbug pieces are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size or color ordered

  • Personal preference

Please review our size guides and product details carefully before placing your order.


🔁 Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed immediately and usually appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


🇪🇺 EU Right of Withdrawal

For EU customers: the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order or clearly personalized products.
If your item is faulty or misprinted, you remain fully protected under EU consumer law — contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.

Every Twistbug product is printed to order to reduce overproduction and waste.
We appreciate your support for small-batch, conscious design.
