• Chest Width: lay shirt flat, measure 1" below armpit from seam to seam, then double for full chest.
• Length: shoulder seam at collar to bottom hem.

Fabric may vary by color. Allow ±1" (±2.5 cm) tolerance.

Because each item is made to order, we can only accept returns or replacements for:

• misprints

• manufacturing defects

• items damaged in transit

• Clear photos of the product AND packaging

Once verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• change of mind

• incorrect size selection

• color preference

• buyer’s remorse

This is due to our on-demand production model, which prevents restocking.

If a return is approved:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

• Items must be in original packaging.

• The return must include the order number.

Do not send items back without contacting us.
Return addresses vary by production facility.

We only accept returns for verified defects or shipping damage.

If you receive a faulty item, contact us within 30 days and we will provide a replacement or refund according to EU consumer rights.
